Cole and Nick were fantastic! I was in the middle of a road trip, and I had hit some road debris. I was highly upset, didn’t know what to do and walked into the AutoZone and blatantly stated “I need help!” Those two young men jumped in and helped zip, tie some things up under my car so that I could get home safely. They didn’t charge me a dime, and their smiles and warm handshakes made me feel at ease instantly. I felt safe driving home and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! They were kind, generous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for all auto needs, it’s run by angels on earth!

Needed two hood lifts for a Kia, hard to find. AutoZone Lebanon cheerfully ordered them, reasonably priced, received in 24 hours, pick up went smoothly, good quality, fit perfectly. Happy camper!

This is the last time I am going to stop by this location!! I was told by the associate that he cannot help with any installation. I purchased their products, but cant help with installation. Also, they could be more friendly.

The employees at this location are very professional. One of my wiper blades fell off and of course it had to happen when it was snowing. I took my car to AutoZone in Lebanon. Chris, Tony, Christian and Leland immediately helped me with getting the right wiper blade for my car and put it on for me ! Great customer service!

My starter gave out on my car. Unfortunately this location did not have it. But they were able to get it in a day. The staff helped me so much and I even got a great deal on the starter as opposed to other places in the area I had been looking at. You can never go wrong with AutoZone.

Their employee Christian lies to customers he “doesn’t like” and says they don’t have the parts in stock yet we called ahead and was told they had it. AND THEN tells the next customer buying it that he lied because he didn’t like us so he sent us to mainville . Very unprofessional will never shop at lebanon autozone again.
