“This is the first Walgreens where a pharmacist was nice enough to recognize how lost I was and come around the counter to help me find a shelved product.Not only did she lead me to what I wanted, she asked me a few key questions and then handed me this great looking product that was half off and checked off every box for me. “This pharmacy is great! They always communicate clearly if there are delays and many times have been able to refill a script same day with short notice. They almost always have the lower price vs. Kroger on Good Rx. I have also never had an issue at this pharmacy like the aforementioned grocery pharmacy down the road where there always seems to be some problem. Thank you very much Walmart pharmacy staff for the terrific customer service!!”

“I have shopped here over 15 years and experienced all kinds of service. From very bad to excellent. Over the last couple years I have had several encounters with a cashier by the name of Lisa. She is friendly, conscientious, hard working, and engaging. I will actually get in a long line just so I can experience good customer service. She is always helpful and smiling. In today's world it is rare to experience this kind of employee. I hope Krogers appreciates her, I know I do!”

“It was a very nice experience. I was greeted as soon as walking in the door. The associate also asked if i needed any help finding anything. The store was very clean and respectable, friendly workers, I would definitely recommend going back there for your medical supplies and or needs. They also have a FedEx drop-off and pickup, and a western union on site.”

“Ordered a cake online three days before I needed it. Got a confirmation text and email but when I showed up, no cake. I was told she didn't have an order for it so I showed her my confirmation. Her solution was for me to pick out a cake and she wouldn't charge me for it... Which was fine in my case because the cake I had ordered was not that complicated anyway. It should go without saying that people order these cakes for special occasions because they want something "special". A bakery can make or break an occasion just in how they handle the cake. I do not hold the employee that took care of me responsible, she was kind and tried to make the best of this situation but I expected better of Kroger. The cake was delicious which is why you still got four stars.”

“I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I moved to Lebanon about 2 years ago, and I usually have a good experience at this store. The pharmacy has been short-staffed, but a lot of places are. The woman who usually works at the front counter is very kind and helpful.”
