“I work there and people are great just a lack of communication in management but my boss is a great guy to work for (PH) and love it or I wouldn't been there over 10 years. Nurses that's had other pharmacies prefer skilled care over the other ones because skilled care has faster service for new admits than the other pharmacies and better customer service plus skilled care drivers dress professionally and not in sweat pants or jeans with holes.”

“Ummm I'm kind of in shock right now. I have never in my whole life had such an amazing experience with a pharmacy. It's Sunday, I live in Hamilton, the pharmacy is 25min away in Mason. They brought my son's medication, which they compounded special for him btw, to my door...FOR FREE, with a smile! I think I woke up into an alternate reality because this doesn't happen in mine! “I was originally standing in a very long line with only 2 (non you scan registers) open. With it being 2 days before Thanksgiving and 5 pm- I expected there to be more registers open. When I am coming for a quick shopping trip I don't mind using the self scan lanes, but with my cart full I preferred to go to a regular checkout lane. Thankfully, a very friendly manager, Bill, came and opened another lane. I also appreciated the reusable bag/ wine carrier that he gave me to carry my two bottles of wine. The store was well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is I had to ask 3 different employees of where to locate Velveeta cheese and was sent to very different areas of the store before the third employee correctly told me where to locate it.”

“I came in to get some allergy medicine for my kids and was greeted nicely by the young man at the register even while he was helping another customer. I was having a little difficulty finding what I was looking for and another individual, I’m assuming he was a manger, asked if I needed help. Not only did he show me what aisle the product was in, he asked which one I was looking for and he helped me locate it!!! Not many stores have that level of customer service these days. I’ve been to this store in the past and didn’t even receive a hello when I walked in. There has definitely been a change in staff and management recently, it’s very refreshing to to experience this!! I will definitely be back again!”
“The gas station location is good There are lights in the evening and they monitor the safety there which is good. It has a small store and they sell ice melting salt at winter. Price is vary, sometimes slightly higher than the other gas stations in the area. Easy to access. Pumps are kind of old system but they work properly.”

“I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while and in recent months there has been a lot of positive change. They pick up the phone quicker and there isn’t such long wait anymore, I guess they aren’t understaffed anymore.However I’d like to comment on Kara and Lindsey’s performance (not sure if I spelled their name right) they were so kind and helped to lower the price of my prescription because my insurance had stopped covering all of it. I’m so thankful! Sometimes for elderly seniors even the price of very important medications can be too much, so glad to receive their help.”

“Large not-a-box-store drugstore with greeting cards, compression stockings, wheelchairs, walkers, supplements and vitamins, snacks, household goods, wound care and first aid supplies, positioning pillkws and wedges, finger and tie splints, body care for bedbound folks, and on. This is gem. Staff was helful and confirmed I was purchasing the correct item. Parking on Main Street and a lot behind the building. I will certainly be back.”
