“Had my prescriptions transferred here from Walmart. Yost does business old school putting the customer first. No disrespect but Wal-Mart seems to have lost it's way.”

“Ummm I'm kind of in shock right now. I have never in my whole life had such an amazing experience with a pharmacy. It's Sunday, I live in Hamilton, the pharmacy is 25min away in Mason. They brought my son's medication, which they compounded special for him btw, to my door...FOR FREE, with a smile! I think I woke up into an alternate reality because this doesn't happen in mine! Thank you so much!”

“Ty so much. Super stressed about a recent hospital/rehab for my spouse. He selected a pharmacy that wasn't under our insurance. Discharged on the weekend, we go to the pharmacy and they couldn't fill our order. Discount drugmart was under our insurance so called and visited the store. They went above and beyond getting our script transferred and filled. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Thank you.”

“I don't usually shop this location but when I asked for help in locating an item, they were very helpful. And i used self-check out and found the employee very professional & helpful. I do have to say that I'm spoiled by the wider aisles at other locations.”

“Pharmacist is very professional and patient, he helped me look for things I need since I’m not familiar with med names. Great customer experience! I recommend everyone this pharmacy!”

“I came in to get some allergy medicine for my kids and was greeted nicely by the young man at the register even while he was helping another customer. I was having a little difficulty finding what I was looking for and another individual, I’m assuming he was a manger, asked if I needed help. Not only did he show me what aisle the product was in, he asked which one I was looking for and he helped me locate it!!! Not many stores have that level of customer service these days. I’ve been to this store in the past and didn’t even receive a hello when I walked in. There has definitely been a change in staff and management recently, it’s very refreshing to to experience this!! I will definitely be back again!”

“The gas station location is good There are lights in the evening and they monitor the safety there which is good. It has a small store and they sell ice melting salt at winter. Price is vary, sometimes slightly higher than the other gas stations in the area. Easy to access. Pumps are kind of old system but they work properly.”

“Oh walgreens, You used to be good and reliable but now its awful, for a person with a disibility, walgreens used to stock all my medication in house, now they have central fill in indiana and its a mess, either they dont have it at all anymore or they cant pull it back because it will take 2 days. The staff here is not the friendliest. I have been using this pharmacy off and on since march 2020 when covid started. There has been a staff change and some are good and some are awful. The walgreens central fill system is awful and run poorly. Meijer and kroger have had central fill for years and it is okay but they allow there staff in stores to pull meds to stkre level if needed quicker, and also meijer has central fill deliverys on saterdays. So Im not sure How much longer I will use this walgreens and thats a shame because walgreens used to be good”

“I was originally standing in a very long line with only 2 (non you scan registers) open. With it being 2 days before Thanksgiving and 5 pm- I expected there to be more registers open. When I am coming for a quick shopping trip I don't mind using the self scan lanes, but with my cart full I preferred to go to a regular checkout lane. Thankfully, a very friendly manager, Bill, came and opened another lane. I also appreciated the reusable bag/ wine carrier that he gave me to carry my two bottles of wine. The store was well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is I had to ask 3 different employees of where to locate Velveeta cheese and was sent to very different areas of the store before the third employee correctly told me where to locate it.”

“Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)”

“They had what I needed, allergy medicine and diapers, and a couple things I didn't, foot peels. I use their $5 a month CVS saving plan, so I saved 50% on my purchase, making it a cost-effective shopping experience”

“This is an update(May 24, 2023) from my prior review:My wife said they are getting better so I checked it out myself.I was greeted with a friendly “Good morning!” at the drive through by Kelsey. Got my prescription within 5 minutes. Kelsey was friendly and knowledgeable and proactive with my prescription.Super! Then I went inside to pick up an over the counter medicine. I was greeted with a friendly greeting as I entered the store. As I was reading the label on a medicine box, an associate asked if she would help me in anyway. This is great improvement from my previous experience from 5 months ago.Pay these people more!!!Below is my review back in January 2023:Half an hour to pick up one called ahead prescription. They are super unorganized. They had two techs and a pharmacist working behind the counter. One worker looked through 8 baskets of medicine before finding the correct one. Same experience with their drive through. I will be switching to Walgreens after this.”
