Had a very poor experience at this UPS Store. An Amazon return that was fully prepped and packaged was handed over, but the older woman at the counter insisted it wasn’t packed. She was rude and dismissive and repackaged it without giving any option to decline or go elsewhere, then charged a packaging fee. If anything they should give an option even if they packaged it. There was no choice provided. It was handled poorly from start to finish and based on what others have shared, it seems this may not be an isolated case. No one should be treated this way.

Old women in this store tried to charge my mother for this that and the other. Total bs!! Went to another store. Didn't charge me anything. Just told me to put 1 item in a box. What a rip off!!

I'm from Northeast Pa I purchased a set of rims with tires on them 4 of them . From lebanon OH to PA Never got me a quote just called asked for credit card . They charged $1,030 too ship 4 wheels with low profile tires Ups ground . I could of shipped ltl freight for half that !
Get a quote before turning over your property beware .

The store peoples are rude . We did the Notary sign here that was a correction she charged me twice time .Also we took printout 2 copies she charged 7$. Terrible experiences for this store. I do not recommend for this store

TAYLOR is absolutely AWESOME!!!👏👏My husband and I went in the store to make a VERY complicated series of Amazon returns, in seven different large boxes. I was SO stressed out… I thought the staff would be angry and that it would take an hour to figure everything out with the dozen emails of return codes. However, TAYLOR was a rock star!!!🕺⭐️
He was SO friendly, patient, helpful, and professional!!! Again, THANK YOU TAYLOR!🤗💙

The employees in the store are always so kind, accommodating , and beyond helpful. I’ve been using this location several times a month for the last five years and they have been wonderful.
