I live in Florida and Ohio; This is the worst UPS store, I've been in both states. Please avoid them, they have added various rules for returning Amazon packages. The older lady that works there is very rude and not helpful. Stay away, there are other UPS stores close to Lebanon, use them.

Rude, slip says pick up tomorrow. They opened late and then said I should have checked the tracking label because it won't be here until 2pm...... it doesn't say that anywhere on the slip. Just pick it up tomorrow.

Luke is definitely a five star employee of the UPS store in Lebanon!! He was SO helpful! At a glance he could tell I was clueless regarding my Amazon return. He was professional—not making me “feel like a dummy”!! Thanks Luke…and the sweet owner of the nicely kept store!

Megan always has a smile on her face, always helpful, always polite and always patient... Whenever I go in there to make my returns from Amazon I always look for her because of those reasons! She is fantastic. YOu have a GREAT employee with her...blessings! Cheri

I ship a lot of packages but usually through usps. This box was very large and ups was a more affordable option. Printed the label at home, packed it very well but wrote on the top “This side up” just hoping the box would be handled with more care; also put fragile stickers all over it. The older lady at the counter had to tip it to scan it because it’s a big box, I did let her know I’d like it to stay up on the one side if possible. She said “well they get tossed around and throw every which way so that’s not really going to happen”. I responded “I understand that but it’s really just me hoping the package handlers see it and take better care of it.” And she said “well conveyor belts can’t read”. Haha so funny, very rude and sarcastic. She could have just said “well they move a lot on the conveyor belts but we’ll do the best we can”. Not leaving a 1 star because it saved my customer $60 in shipping to use ups instead but that was very unprofessional when I wasn’t even rude or bossy, just trying to have a relatable conversation with another human. I’ll be sure to go to a different location if I use ups again lol.

Tried to send my friend's diamond earing to her. Lady at the counter kept trying to take the earing into the back room to package it. I told her I did not want it to leave my sight. Red flags. Bring materials out to the front and package it in front of me. I'm not saying she's a thief but maybe she's a thief.

Came in because I had a package that did not get delivered to me while I was home. Tried to explain to an associate there and my concern was completely dismissed and she was not trying to hear me out. 0 remorse or desire to help.
