“This place may be further away than others and tucked away, but I will come back every chance I get! The employees actually *scrubbed* the front bumper and windshield of my big van before we went through the main washing tunnel (thank you - - the bugs from our cross-country trip were awful!), and then they dried it by hand after we came out from the drying part of the tunnel. They were courteous and gave my vehicle a better cleaning than any other car wash we've gone through. I appreciate this business and extra effort taken to do a job well!”

“JRM Car Cleaning did an amazing job deep cleaning both of my cars. One (a 1999) was extremely dirty inside and the other (a 2025) fairly dirty. They got the old one looking so good that someone stopped me in the parking lot and said “that’s the cleanest 1999 I have seen!” They are extremely professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services!! Your car will be brand new again!”

“What a great detail experience! My car is 15 years old and looks the best it has in years. It has its dents and dings but it shines in a way it hasn’t in years, even when dirty and in need of a wash. The interior looks great. The headlights have been refreshed. It looks the best it has in years!”

“Fantastic service from a local company ! My car was parked in a commercial parking lot that was spraying down a new asphalt coating (on a windy day) and my car got covered on all four sides and roof by small tar droplets. Looking through the windows on a sunny day, the car looked as if it had amber tinted windows. I took my car into Perfect Touch to get an estimate to get the tar removed. They gave me an estimate and said they could even fit me in the next day to get the car detailed. I was AMAZED by the finished look of my car ! I swear that it was cleaner and shinier than the day that I bought it. I can't find one speck of tar anywhere on the car (glass, chrome, rubber moldings, headlights). Just incredible work !!”

“I had a stealth hitch installed on my Ioniq5 and I was impressed during the entire process. Everyone was extremely pleasant and kept me updated over the few weeks between ordering the hitch, the down payment, confirmation of receiving the hitch, and confirmation of appointment. Took from 9am-3:30pm for installation. Spent that time at nearby Easton mall. Highly recommend!”

“Heather at Lotus of Ohio was absolutely amazing! Before we even arrived, I called ahead to ask if my nephew and niece would be allowed to come in and look at the cars. Heather was incredibly kind and welcoming on the phone, which immediately put me at ease. My dad was in the hospital, and we live about an hour away, so it had already been a stressful day. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but Heather made us feel completely welcome from the moment we walked through the door. She took the time to let my nephew and niece look at the cars, answered questions, and made the experience fun and memorable for them. The highlight of our visit was getting to sit in a Lamborghini. Seeing the excitement on the kids' faces was priceless, and it completely brightened all of our days during a difficult time. Heather was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely caring. She turned what could have been a simple stop into a memory that my family will never forget. Thank you, Heather, for your kindness and for going above and beyond. Lotus of Ohio is lucky to have someone like you representing their dealership. We will always remember this experience and highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance!”

“Brought my 2022 Countryman in for brake service. They took it early, did thorough job while keeping me informed, and even confirmed I didn't need a few other services that another dealer said I needed. Service writers were very personable, professional and took time to make sure I was happy. They also did a nice car wash including drying it properly. It was a great experience and massive improvement over my last visit a few years ago. I will definitely be returning for next service.”

“Wow I did not visit this facility with time or intention to transact or do any kind of business, I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment on my lunch hour walk from showroom to showroom. Facilities were clean, absolutely beautiful, and each staff member I engaged at each dealership treated me with kindness and respect. Although I cannot review the business aspect, facility and staff treatment were on par with or above what I expected from an exotic car dealership”
