Dan including all the staff are all a joy to deal with, very helpful and welcoming. The best part is they don’t try or upsell or promote stuff you’re not into, they are there for your needs…period. “Went here three days ago to grab some brushes and canvases as a gift for my mom. We are frequent shoppers at Michaels. This time I was solo. A very nice store associate helped me find what I wanted, but when I left the store I took the canvases but not the brushes. I LEFT THEM ON THE COUNTER. UGH. I didn't realize it until today, the 23rd, two days before Christmas when I went to get the gifts out my car to wrap that I didn't have the brushes. When I returned to the store I told them I think I left them at the store thinking there's no chance and I'd have to buy more, but the store associate saved them and put a note on them to save for when I return. Thank you for saving me from having to buy them again. This kindness really got me in the holiday spirit.Much love,Adam”
