“This is the greatest toy shop I have ever been to and it lives up to expectations. I drove here from Maryland and was just enamored with everything they had in the shop. From marvel to DC, to transformers and so so much more, they truly have something for any collector looking to add something to their collection. Great inventory but even greater staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and truly knew their stuff and even cut me a deal on a long time grail for my collection that I never would’ve expected to be able to add to my collection. On top of the grail, I was able to add so many deep cuts of favorite characters that I have had a hard time finding in other shops or online for a good price and here they had them! My shelves are going to look even cooler than before! Big Fun was the highlight of my trip and I already cannot wait to return soon!”

Customer service went above and beyond and this is a great place for family and friends especially children if they are into toys. Price is very affordable comparison to other retailers. This store is located at a very convenient location and I highly recommend visiting this store if you are into diecast cars. This store is also a great place to purchase gifts for others and they do trades for diecast cars. I was able to find many selected diecast cars that are not available in other stores in the Columbus region.”

“I'm rating this review solely based on the help I received from a young lady called Evvie working at the store. While I was struggling to navigate an online Michaels purchase while in the store, Evvie was extremely helpful and patient, with a cheerful personality. On the other hand, the mid 40s male employee seemed annoyed, declaring "this is above my pay grade!" I think he had just won his own disgruntled employee of the month parking spot. In contrast, Evvie should receive a pay rise and train new staff. Thank you Evvie for your help selling me about $100 of canvases.”
