“I could not get resolution from the AAA - Worthington office on an issue; so, I went to the AAA - Westerville office. The two individuals I spoke with at the AAA - Westerville office were very understanding, looked up an old receipt, printed it out, and even looked up the Customer Service phone number for Delsey Luggage. Kudos to the AAA - Westerville office for their customer service! I did not receive good customer service from the AAA - Worthington office and I've been a AAA member for 29 years!”
“Great service! It's also a great resource for anything traveling you can come in, sit down, talk with someone but you probably should make an appointment. You can also exchange dollars for anywhere and anywhere in the world It's a $12 fee. If you remember to exchange money usually takes about a day it might be hard to find but just follow the signs and where it says AAA members entrance. But you can go inside and look around and get various books on where you want to travel. Even cruise information if you're into doing cruises”
