“I generally prefer to use Kohl's for my Amazon returns. This Kohl's makes it easy and quick. Occasionally, during busy times... e.g. after folks get out of work between 5-7PM ... there will likely be a short line. A bonus of sorts is I'll sometimes see an accoutrement for the house... and leave with an expected purchase ??♂️
Quick, easy Amazon return process... huge selection of items... HUGE... that you can pick up while there. Most importantly is the polite, helpful, kind staff... great crew.”

The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and patient as both my husband and I went back and forth (many times) between different outfits for a friend’s upcoming wedding. She helped to pick out the outfits (we had no idea where to start) as well as matching accessories. I appreciated that we were not rushed or pressured to buy any specific items. Prices were very reasonable. It was so nice to try items on in-person instead of ordering something online from a giant corporation, especially because we weren’t sure of our sizes.”
“My groomsman, myself, my father and my father-in-law all rented through Romanoff's. The process was painless and seamless. He was able to take measurements from across the country and pull together tuxedos for everyone without many alterations. Prices were reasonable. There was a miscommunication when I asked about renting straight ties, rental ties are clip ons, not tie it yourself, so make sure you know that. He also made things right when there was a mistake on his end. My groomsmen failed to check everything and the shoes he gave me were brown. One of my good friends had to go buy me some shoes 2 hours before the wedding because I did not get a mobile number for him for an emergency . He then bought the shoes off of me to make it right.
I highly recommend using Romanoff's but please assure you clarify all your needs and get a way to contact him outside of business hours if your wedding is not during his hours.”
“I visited C. Field & Roe looking for summer wedding attire on short notice. Connor was able to help me put together multiple outfits and provided me with great suggestions from the wide selection of high quality garments in store.
When it comes to clothes I'm someone who has a rough idea of what they're looking for but struggles with the specifics or finding the right pieces to match together. Connor was able to take my high level guidance of what I needed and picked out multiple options, all of which I was happy with. I would definitely recommend stopping by the next time you're after quality menswear.”

“First time visiting this location. Many Beautiful clothing for men and women. Very affordable. Nice looking shoes and purses. Some of the women’s clothing looked like something I normally would not see at a K&G, but I guess the buyer for the store thought it looked nice. Plenty of selection for plus size men and women.
Excellent customer service; but I do not think that it is professional to have a cashier having personal phone conversations, speaking loudly enough for customers to hear, especially using foul language. Other than that, this is a nice store.”

They don’t seem to run out of any new items/stock quickly, so it’s great for when we are anticipating a new Funko pop!Staff here are great too. “If y’all are skipping out on DFWH, you are paying way too much for clothes. I busted out of there with 2 pairs of jeans and 3 tops for $50. FIFTY DOLLARS! Staff are always super friendly and I prefer this location over all of them for the cleanliness and selection.”

“Absolutely spectacular place to go for men's underwear. They have a huge selection from standard boxer briefs all the way to jockstraps and men's thongs. I recommend the sport stability thong for the light weight, stretchy material that holds everything in place and doesn't shift during workouts.
Customer service was also wonderful.
Only issue I encountered was they didn't have the colors I wanted most in my size (small)”
