“Wow! This has to be one of the best if not the best plant cultivation shops in the Columbus area. In addition to having supplies, the easy to talk to and plentiful knowledge of the employees makes me feel like I can achieve growing just about anything! Today, employee Erik showed me the incredible root system on his peppers at the end of the season and I am blown away. “Such an evil place. I walk in with a browsing additude and $100+ dollars later I'm smiling with garden upgrades I didn't know I wanted until I walked through the door. I can find most of what I didn't need but found out I really wanted. Good selection most are name brand. I have not found anything rare out of the ordinary but very good slection.”

“Delivery was fast and on-time, product was fairly priced, and the gravel was perfectly placed when it was dumped into me driveway. I very much appreciated the care the driver took to dump the gravel exactly where I had requested. It made my usage of the gravel much easier because of the easy of access to it.”
“We were limited by how much bulk mulch we could pick up at a time. Therefore we made three trips in three days. Each day Alan was there and was nice from day one. He gave us prompt and friendly customer service. I witness him having to deal with multiple customers at a time and he was consistently friendly.”
“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.

“First time stopping here, been past many of times. The place was nice and clean inside. I was surprised to see all the different varieties of tomatoes they carried. Although their vegetables could of used some attention, it was late in the year and everything was on sale. While I didn't need any veggies, a red velvet Coleus caught my attention. It was on sale for only $2.99, so I couldn't pass it up. I'm making sure to visit here in May next year instead of July.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with the Lowe's which is up the road. So I came here and a very nice young lady named Olivia helped me to buy my new very lightweight weed wacker. :) I am still grumpy with the local Lowe's and am so happy that there is a very nice alternative. And home Depot also gives a veteran/military discount similiar to the one that Lowe's offers. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. I will be back. I got a great deal...my new weed wacker was under a hundred bucks! The one that I had purchased from Lowe's was MUCH heavier and broke after just a few uses...evil thing..haha. Working with that stupid thing caused me so much stress. I am so excited to try this new lightweight battery operated one! :)”
“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”
