“Hired a professional landscaper for our yard. I asked where he got the mulch and he said kurtz brothers. They used the same mulch last year and it still looks good. So I bought several bags to mulch other places in my yard. No harsh smell and not the staining I have had with other mulch. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend kurtz bros for any mulch projects.”

“As a very experienced plant murderer, I was a little nervous going into Stump. I had a LOT of questions and needed their expertise and guidance on which plants would be easiest for me to keep alive, etc. It was SUCH a great experience, and the plant expert who helped me was so patient and kind. He helped me pick two large plants that are easy to care for, fit the environments of my home they’ll be in, and he wrote out care cards for each one! He even helped me load them into my car. Truly such a great customer experience here, and I will gladly make the 30+ minute drive to buy my plants from Stump from now on!”

“8/8/26 I needed a gate, to replace my old one. Looked online at this store's website. They had exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Carl at the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“5 stars for Greg, the delivery driver that handled an issue with a delivery. The truck couldn't dump the load and he tried to move the product out of the truck by himself. When it became clear that that wasn't going to work, he arranged for a new load first thing the next day. The load was placed exactly where I wanted it. It's people like Greg that keep me coming back to Ohio Mulch.”
“Everything was very well organized. The website was very helpful. We were looking for a specific product that was not at another Home Depot location (closer to us). The website directed us to this particular location and even had the aisle number on the website too. We found it very quickly and check out was super quick (self-check out). The only thing they need to fix is that one side of the building (outside) was covered in trash, the other side by the flowers was well-taken care of. One side of the building could just use some TLC. Overall, not a bad visit though, they had a lot of product and were very organized inside.”
“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”
