“What a great place. Building used to be a trolley station. Alot of food stalls you really want to try. A cool plant shop. Clean and everything in good shape. Restrooms on first floor. Dining tables on second floor. Stairs on both ends of building and elevator on one side. Parking lot next to building. Some street parking.”

“I have not been to this location for quite some time. I live in between the Galloway and grove city stores, I will never waste my time going back to the grove city store. This store puts Grove City to shame and the staff at the Galloway store all greeted me answered all my questions and were very friendly. Awesome job!”

“As a very experienced plant murderer, I was a little nervous going into Stump. I had a LOT of questions and needed their expertise and guidance on which plants would be easiest for me to keep alive, etc. It was SUCH a great experience, and the plant expert who helped me was so patient and kind. He helped me pick two large plants that are easy to care for, fit the environments of my home they’ll be in, and he wrote out care cards for each one! He even helped me load them into my car. Truly such a great customer experience here, and I will gladly make the 30+ minute drive to buy my plants from Stump from now on!”

“Hired a professional landscaper for our yard. I asked where he got the mulch and he said kurtz brothers. They used the same mulch last year and it still looks good. So I bought several bags to mulch other places in my yard. No harsh smell and not the staining I have had with other mulch. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend kurtz bros for any mulch projects.”

“Dan was absolutely incredible. I was just going to have him dump 8 cubic yards of topsoil in my driveway since we are putting filler dirt all over both the front and back yards to grade it a bit better. He offered to sling it for me to the side of my driveway. I didnt order the slinger, as I wasn't sure all 8 cubic yards would fit, but he made it all fit with plenty of room!!! I really valued his expertise, time and conversation! A great employee- Jones Topsoil has a great asset in having Dan part of their team.”

“8/8/26 I needed a gate, to replace my old one. Looked online at this store's website. They had exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Carl at the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Great Experience! Ordered on line through website which offered the latest deals. So grateful for our delivery coordinator/driver John ... there was a problem with what we requested being available at the Winchester location and with John's determination, he made it possible to get at Lancaster!! Without his willingness to help and his amazing customer service skills he made a huge difference and made sure the customer felt valued! Will definitely remain a return customer! Thank You John .. We appreciate You”

“I stopped by here today to get pumpkins and mums to decorate my front porch. The center is so nice. They had everything I was looking for. The mums are very high quality and the pumpkins were just the right size for my needs. They had a big selection. The prices were awesome! I did call in and spoke to Faith to give Kudos to the staff as well. The check out was perfect. I was offered plastic for my car. I would highly recommend this location. I got my summer plants from here and they lasted from April until now. They did so well. Go check them out at this Syradets lication! You will not be disappointed!”

“This is my favorite store for indoor houseplants. They have so many things to pick from and a huge selection of unique pots. It's smaller than the other Straders stores, but by far the best one for smaller indoor plants and unique/different stuff. Plus they have friendly cats that live there that you can pet and hang out with :)”

“5 stars for Greg, the delivery driver that handled an issue with a delivery. The truck couldn't dump the load and he tried to move the product out of the truck by himself. When it became clear that that wasn't going to work, he arranged for a new load first thing the next day. The load was placed exactly where I wanted it. It's people like Greg that keep me coming back to Ohio Mulch.”

“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

“Everything was very well organized. The website was very helpful. We were looking for a specific product that was not at another Home Depot location (closer to us). The website directed us to this particular location and even had the aisle number on the website too. We found it very quickly and check out was super quick (self-check out). The only thing they need to fix is that one side of the building (outside) was covered in trash, the other side by the flowers was well-taken care of. One side of the building could just use some TLC. Overall, not a bad visit though, they had a lot of product and were very organized inside.”

“Their customer service was fantastic. Under new management the pick up system was much quicker and easier. The only reason I gave four stars is because half of my bags of mulch were soaking wet and made them three times as heavy!”

“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”
