“Took a I door grow class. With Steve. He sure knows his stuff. Class had hands on demonstrations. The whole shop knows there stuff. If you need help they will bend over backwards to help you too.”
“Amazing selection , everything I get from Scioto Gardens is thriving and the butterflies and birds are happy. I only shop here for my plants , perennials and trees.”
“What a gorgeous nursery! Plants are top notch! All were very healthy and the flowers were very pretty. They were stocked well with everything. I’d never been here, but definitely will return. Employees were friendly and willing to help; knowledgeable too.”
“This is a much smaller version of the store on Dublin Granville Road but has all the essential needed for gardening and plant care. The staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Such an evil place. I walk in with a browsing additude and $100+ dollars later I'm smiling with garden upgrades I didn't know I wanted until I walked through the door. I can find most of what I didn't need but found out I really wanted. Good selection most are name brand. I have not found anything rare out of the ordinary but very good slection.”
“This place is dangerous to your pocket book. They always have great finds so it's definitely worth going but go with a budget so that you don't overspend or break the bank. I love this place too much and always overspend!”
“Ciminello’s recently completed some landscaping for my front yard. The crew arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and completed the work quickly. They exceeded my expectations by far! Andy is fantastic to work with. He listened to our ideas and greatly improved upon them. A++”
“Buying plants is not wasting your money. It is investing in the company of an energetic being for your home or office. A being that gives you natural aromas, beautiful colors to contemplate and rest your attention. In addition to the beauty and feeling of peace that it gives you. Most of the clients I saw were older adults, who I suppose are looking for a companion plant that, in addition to all the virtues, raises their pride and belonging.”
“5 stars for Greg, the delivery driver that handled an issue with a delivery. The truck couldn't dump the load and he tried to move the product out of the truck by himself. When it became clear that that wasn't going to work, he arranged for a new load first thing the next day. The load was placed exactly where I wanted it. It's people like Greg that keep me coming back to Ohio Mulch.”
“Went in looking for a grill. Found one. Decent customer service, but stood around a little longer than usual for the time of day. The gentleman that helped by the grills was knowledgeable and helpful. Tommy who helped load the grill and propane tank was very nice and helpful.”
“First time stopping here, been past many of times. The place was nice and clean inside. I was surprised to see all the different varieties of tomatoes they carried. Although their vegetables could of used some attention, it was late in the year and everything was on sale. While I didn't need any veggies, a red velvet Coleus caught my attention. It was on sale for only $2.99, so I couldn't pass it up. I'm making sure to visit here in May next year instead of July.”
“I came in with a massive issue, and Cynthia, Liam, and Kevin B knocked it completely out of the park, even staying late past shift end to make sure everything was resolved. Exceptional service like this is what keeps customers loyal—these three are the exact reason I'll keep coming back and will be happily spending money at this location whenever in the area. Highly recommend!”
“Well stoked shelves an knowledge staff in and out with what I was looking for no having to go store to store and best of all it didn't look as if I purchased an item that was used and returned.”
“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”
“Their customer service was fantastic. Under new management the pick up system was much quicker and easier. The only reason I gave four stars is because half of my bags of mulch were soaking wet and made them three times as heavy!”
“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”
