“I was in this Wal-Mart on Feb. 10th around 1:00 PM. And I was impressed with an employee that directed me to a cashier that had a shorter line. And the cashier (lane 9) was very nice, double bagged the heavy stuff, handled everything with care. And said thank you. The store was clean well stocked. I believe when a store is run like this it's all about the management team. I normally shop at the Kroger in Sunbury for food. That store is the opposite. The employees are aloof to down right rude, and the store is usually a wreck. It's all about management.”
“I just wanted to say, Rick is the most awesome pharmacist ever! He is so caring and definitely went the extra mile. My daughter’s Dr at the urgent care sent over a Rx for an antibiotic at 8pm. I received a phone call when we were leaving the dr and it was Rick. He was asking us if we wanted to come by and grab the meds since it was antibiotic and he would hang around and wait for us. They closed at 8pm! He did not have to do that but I do very much appreciate it. He was so kind! Thank you so much Rick!”

“So, I had an issue with my credit card while getting a prescription. I couldn't get my daughter a lollipop. Francina gave her 2 lollipops. After I got my card working, I got my medicine. But when I tried to check out to pay for the lollipop, it didn't work again. Ben, another employee, was willing to use his own card to pay for it. Luckily, the card started working after the 3rd attempt. But it showed me how caring both of these employees were. It really made my bad day turn into a reminder about good people.”

“The other day I needed an anti-biotic ointment. A pharmacist at Kroger, "Kylie" I believe was her name, called to explain it was unavailable. After I explained why it was imperative for me to get it, she called around at other local Kroger's but was not able to find it. She then called the pharmacy of a competing big-box chain and found what I needed. She transferred the prescription and I had my anti-biotic ointment that evening. "Kylie's" efforts went way above my expectations. This was definitely some amazing customer service. Thank you Kylie!!”
“I do a lot of shopping here because of location. Every time I go in, they are friendly, and always get the job done. I don’t know who the older woman was but it was nice to be able to go in and have genuine conversation about the neighborhood. I will continue to shop here frequently!”

“This MEIJER has been recently updated and looks very clean and inviting. It is much better than the sawmill location and I prefer it over that one. They also have self checkout with no item limit which I appreciate!
