“Uptown Pharmacy is the way that every pharmacy should be. Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. You don’t get this kind of service from those big chain pharmacies. It’s nice to see a small business flourish in this day and age. Sure, there is no drive thru but they’ll come out to your car to hand you your prescription. They’re not open 24 hours like the chains, but knowing that I’m supporting a small local business makes me happy!”

“Always a wonderful experience and extremely helpful with prescriptions that are more difficult to find. She found my script and sent it to another location so I didn't have to wait.”

“They’re pretty great as far as customer service goes. My only concern with them is that they had a POS system update last summer which renders my FSA card completely useless, since it doesn’t have a chip for tap technology. No one has been able to troubleshoot this effectively so now every time I have to pay out of pocket & submit receipts for reimbursement. Running as credit doesn’t work either. It’s nobody’s fault- it is what it is. I wish there was a way to pay prior to picking up on the mychart portal- since OSU doesn’t have issues charging my FSA card for balances due, and it is a card that is saved on my file.”

“I first started using the Walmart Pharmacy when they were listed as the "preferred pharmacy" for my Medicare Part D drug coverage. Prior to enrolling in this particular "part D plan", I had never patronized the Walmart Pharmacy. I've now been getting all my prescriptions there since the beginning of this year and I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and with the efficiency of their operation, I receive texts when it's time to refill prescriptions; texts when the scripts are ready for pick-up (including the cost of the prescription) and a follow-up text after the prescription has been picked up. No needless, repeated robo-calls with the same information. Overall, I'm very happy with their professionalism, service and efficiency.”

“This is a beautiful Giant Eagle. They have super fresh produce and meat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are the same as other Giant Eagles but the inventory is great. You can find almost anything you are looking for here.”

“Wow! Got the nicest pharmacy tech who immediately helped me with a product that was unavailable at my regular GE Pharmacy. Not only did she have the product available; it was ready for pickup in less than an hour. AND her voice was animated, friendly, and ready to help! After a tough morning, she was a highlight! Five stars for sure! Oh...and you're hired!! lol”

“Since I work for Trinity I am required to use either mail order or a Mount Carmel pharmacy. Does this make me happy? No. But are the people at the MC pharmacies great? Yes, they are. They are always kind and helpful and willing to send my meds to Grove City when needed. Appreciate their good work!”

“The workers at the Meijer pharmacy are always so kind and quick to help. I rarely have any issues. And when I do have issues it's based on a drug not being available or something like that it's not their fault.”

“On a recent visit, the store manager of this location was very patient and tremendously helpful with me. Additionally, the pharmacist on duty went out of his way to track down why a prescription of mine was unable to be filled. I am so grateful for the help I received from both gentlemen.”

“I’ve been getting my scripts here for years. I never have a bad experience. Personnel here is way over-worked, but maintain a pleasant & helpful attitude. I’m not sure I could have the same amount of patience if I were that busy, & dealing with such a**holes all day long. Hats off to all of you!!”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences with the pharmacy here. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Prescriptions are filled accurately and on time, and the staff really goes out of their way to be helpful. The only minor downside is that the rest of the store can feel a bit disorganized at times, which makes finding items harder than it should be. That said, the pharmacy itself is excellent.”

“Normally, people i usually get the medicines very nice and friendly but Today Saturday, July11/2026 at 7pm something, the girl ( blone hair i think) at drive thru really mean to me. She even cut when i am talking to her then close the window so quick and her face was really upset, if you don't want to work, just go home, don't be mean to customers who support you to have job.
She even didn't answer me, so rude. I trying to know her name So rude. Next time, if i saw her again, i will update her name here lol and her manager not friendly at all but better and professional than her
This place gave me the bottle of high blood pressure medicines not enough for a month, short me 9 days. Told me insurance not let me take earlier, wait till July 13, that's emergency medicines, what happened if i don't take that medicines in 2 days? Why you guys so cruel? They said if i take early , not wait till 13, i have to pay $18.That's not my fault at all.
Update : Today , monday July13, i came back to pick up and they said july17 or 19 for insurance cover medicines, so i still pay 18$. But today i let them count for me enough 30 tablets. Thanks
All the staffs here don't know how to smile and friendly. Maybe they are not happy to get more clients , so people should not come here? They still get full paycheck even have clients or not?
Update: my doctor just told me she sent the request refill for my vitaminD2 on 7/9 but CVS not give for me. I can't handle this place anymore
Thank you the owner read my review. Hope all your staffs more patient and friendly. We have health problems enough , so we need you guys help , we don't need to get that attitude , more stressful in this life.
This CVS really hard to call them, always automatic answer

Update: Today, July25/2026 at 6:32pm the girl , i think her name is Athur or something i don't remember , she covers her hair. She is very nice, sweet, friendly. She helped me with the smile, that why, i edit this review and give her 5 stars. Thank you beautiful girl
Update: today, July27/2026 i called them, omg the girl answered about my GLP1 so no patient, her voice is exactly a Karen, made my ears burning. So i down to 4 stars”

“The staff is always super friendly here. My only issue is they always have so much stock in the isles, and don't often make way for customers. A lot of other stores do stocking when the store is less busy. But daytime on the weekends and prime time 4-7 should be clearer for those buying the food because this store is one of the busiest in the area.”

I always have a great experience at the Kroger on S Sunbury Rd in Westerville. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shelves are usually well stocked, checkout is convenient, and the whole shopping experience is pleasant. I appreciate having a reliable Kroger in the area and will definitely keep coming back!”

“161 Walgreens they're getting about as rare to find as a cheetah in downtown Columbus unfortunately due to a massive theft and of course the bad investment in theranos has left Walgreens a show of what it used to be they were on every corner it's the same as CVS but thanks to rampant theft they've had to close so many locations I only know of two Walgreens myself were they used to be on every corner now because of rampant theft like I said they're becoming as rare has someone stealing work boots”

“I've used this pharmacy for many years and I have had far less problems with here than I have had at any pharmacy. In all of the years I have been going here, I have never seen any of the staff act in a less than professional and respectful way.”
