The tech actually inspected it properly — sprayed it down, checked whether it had gone all the way through, and turned out it hadn't even penetrated. Pulled it out, told me I was good to go. “Jason and everyone at COW were great to work with! I came to them with hood damage and gave them a couple of extra fix requests on my older Honda. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. “Discovered a nail in the runflat tire of our 2019 Corvette, contacted the Lewis Center store and they said to bring it on in and they could correctly repair the tire according to manufacturer procedures (dismount tire, plug and patch from the inside, re-mount tire and rebalance tire/wheel).
Stopped by with the tire/wheel early on a busy Saturday morning and within an hour was all fixed up and ready to go...all at no charge. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; top-rate all the way around. Highly recommend this location for tire/wheel needs.”
