“I stop here at least twice a week. My oasis. Here you'll find frozen meals for a quick supper, fresh milk, eggs, butter, bread; packaged cold cuts, good selection of canned goods and condiments; household essentials like ice trays, can opener, salt & pepper; chips, dips, and salsa, beef sticks, snack cake, nuts & pretzels; ice cream; microwave ready burgers/chicken sammies; soft drinks galore, beer, wine, lower proof liquor, bulk tobacco, cigarettes (some of the really good cheapo brands), little cigars, vapes; lottery scratch-offs. Prices are reasonable. The counter guys are nice and friendly. I'm sure I missed something. Oh yeah, there's always a bunch of bananas at checkout. I probably still missed something. Come on in and see for yourself.”

“Jimmy and the entire staff here are amazing. They figured out what other ta in Virginia didn't even see and got my trailer fixed at a reasonable price. I am so lucky that I came here . I've asked them to look at the problem and not go by what the other ta wrote and they did, thank God they did ! Thank you sooooo much for getting me back on the road, your understanding of my lack of knowledge and not taking advantage of it. “They checked the boxes for me and I imagine for most customers - fuel pumps worked, receipt printed at the pump, and plenty of clean restrooms. The restroom in the front where autos fill was closed for cleaning, but the cleaning lady nicely directed me down the hall to another full set of restrooms. We will stop again on our trips across Ohio.”

“The Owner, Nick, & his staff are always incredibly polite & friendly. The store is kept clean & well stocked with everything you would expect from a local gas station convenience store. Recent remodeling & upgrades to the inside of the store were a great improvement…
They just made their dining area awesome by adding some classic arcade games, as well as a full-size air, hockey table, a dartboard, a real basketball game, & some claw machine prize games. Check out the pics I posted.
Also, if you don’t feel like getting out of your car, they have a really big, & really well stocked drive-through practically next-door where you can quickly get all of your daily supplies.”

“I like their gas. It makes my car go vroom vroom. I also enjoy using Speedway Rewards to get at least .07¢ off the posted price per gallon. They also have a lot of good deals in their app and reward points earned add up quickly and can be redeemed for free gas and a lot of other useful options. The employees are usually nice but will beat you up if you test them.”

I rolled into the Pilot Truck Stop exhausted after a long haul, and Adam completely turned my day around. This guy is the real deal — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful in a way you rarely see anymore.
From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me with a big smile and energy that made the whole place feel welcoming. He went way beyond just ringing me up: he gave me spot-on advice about the best parking for my rig, hooked me up with the cleanest shower stall, and even recommended some surprisingly good food options that hit the spot. When I mentioned my fridge wasn’t cooling right, he didn’t just shrug it off — he walked me over to the supplies and helped me find what I needed.
Adam has that perfect mix of hustle and chill that makes long-distance truckers feel seen and respected. The man knows his stuff, works fast without rushing you, and actually seems to enjoy making sure drivers leave in better shape than they arrived.
If you’re passing through this Pilot, do yourself a favor and look for Adam. He’s a rockstar employee who makes this truck stop feel like a pit stop done right. Pilot needs to clone this guy ASAP!
