“Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. I would highly recommend this skate shop to anyone looking for a board. If I can I’ll try and post a pic later.”

“This 5-star review is for the store manager Wes who was extremely helpful in finding a great navy suit for our 18-year old son. His experience with suiting was quickly evident as he picked out the right size & fit in the first few minutes.
We looked at suits from Dillard's, Macy's and Men's Wearhouse. It was clear that Wes was far more knowledgeable than these other stores. We are excited for our son to wear his new suit for prom, senior banquet and other future events. Thank you Wes!!”
“Today was the first time I had ever been in a Buckle store, and let me just say the customer service was phenomenal. They really pay attention to detail. I walked in just looking to browse and Madison helped me out, noticed my boots and jeans and brought me some pairs of jeans that would look nice with my boots and she noticed that my jeans were a little on the baggy side so she brought me jeans that would bag good on my boots. Then she kind of showed me around and showed me stuff that i’d like and whatnot. My only “issue” was they didn’t have Ariat Jeans in my size, however, they ordered my size to the address i gave them completely free shipping. 10/10 recommend coming here, i will 100% be back some other day. “It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”
“My tween was in heaven walking around in here. We found a few things for reasonable pricing. The staff is the real gem here. I didn't get her name, but the lady working the fitting room was wonderful. Had a lot of helpful information to share including what deals were happening. Everyone else was really friendly and personable. The store was well maintained and taken care of.”

“This location is a bit on the smaller side than most Hot Topics, but the staff is always great and on point. Had a great conversation with Izzy about one of my fav shows, and she was a fan, too. Just a shame they didn't have more merchandise around it, or I'd have been there all day!”
