“My sister and I decided to go walking around and saw a Torrid shop in Liberty Township shopping area, so we went in and were so welcomed by Joan!! She was so delightful and helpful, we wanted to get our bra size measurements and Joan was able to help us out and found us some nice options to try on and lucky us they were having a sale...lol We also found some other great items... Joan thanks for putting up with our crazy selves... it was definitely a great place to stop in and check out, lots of beautiful clothing, great prices too. Joan even helped us sign up for the rewards program which is another great thing to have. We will definitely shop there again... hopefully we will see Joan again and she could help us go through even more stuff...lol Thank you 😊”

“Today was the first time I had ever been in a Buckle store, and let me just say the customer service was phenomenal. They really pay attention to detail. I walked in just looking to browse and Madison helped me out, noticed my boots and jeans and brought me some pairs of jeans that would look nice with my boots and she noticed that my jeans were a little on the baggy side so she brought me jeans that would bag good on my boots. Then she kind of showed me around and showed me stuff that i’d like and whatnot. My only “issue” was they didn’t have Ariat Jeans in my size, however, they ordered my size to the address i gave them completely free shipping. 10/10 recommend coming here, i will 100% be back some other day. “Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. I would highly recommend this skate shop to anyone looking for a board. If I can I’ll try and post a pic later.”

“Well we flew in from our home state of Florida for a family event close by. Wifey left her winter coat on the table so we went in to this location for a winter coat. The 2 ladies working on December 19th were so professional and really helped us out for our Winter coat emergency!!

“It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”

“My tween was in heaven walking around in here. We found a few things for reasonable pricing. The staff is the real gem here. I didn't get her name, but the lady working the fitting room was wonderful. Had a lot of helpful information to share including what deals were happening. Everyone else was really friendly and personable. The store was well maintained and taken care of.”
