“I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! I hope he can be recognized for his kindness and just overall outstanding customer service. My son is absolutely thrilled that he can now be his favorite character! Thank you so much, Zane!”

“I first shopped the location in Lebanon as my sister raved about it. I absolutely fell in love. I was living out of state then. But visiting often when I was in town. Now I live back in town and the Liberty location is the closest to me. Everything I have bought I have absolutely loved and it is good quality. With that being said, the customer service is off the chart. Never had a bad experience. Will always be my go to store.”

“What a wonderful service I received at this location, I came to exchange a shirt, but they did not had the size I needed, we return the product and the gentlemen at this location suggested and helped me order the product online, not only I received a free shipping, I also got a credit because the shirt was now on sale. “I visited That’s Invintage at Over the Moon Vintage show in Lawrenceburg, Indiana last year. I just love all the beautiful clothing they offer. I bought one of their military jackets in olive, and I absolutely love it!! Sad this show was cancelled this year. But I am so thrilled they are doing live shows on facebook!!”
