We dropped her off at 1:30 for her full groom, asking for just a clean up, cutting out any matting she may find and a focus on her paws and face. They called saying she was ready at 3:15, and she looked absolutely perfect and beyond cute. My boyfriend and I are obsessed with the work she did and we can’t stop talking about it. Luna even acts like she knows how good she looks, posing with her big ole eyes (THAT SHE CAN NOW SEE OUT OF LOL)

Your New Puppy
7326 Yankee Rd, LibertyI can’t believe I never left a review! We’ve had our Lucy Lou 11 years now and brought her home from here when she was just a puppy. They were very knowledgeable and allowed us the time to not only get to know her, but to also bring in our other dog at the time to make sure the two of them were a good fit. We love our Lucy so much and can’t imagine our life without her!

7125 Fountain View Dr, LibertyWent in on a Wednesday and to my surprise it was as busy as a weekend dinner rush. Service was very slow atmosphere was far too loud to even enjoy a conversation. Ordered drinks and and appetizer but after 15 mins my drink never showed and no silverware to eat an expensive, small portioned appetizer. We got frustrated and spoke to the GM Brandon about our experience. He was absolutely the best. The way he handled our complaint honestly could not have been more professional and pleasing. Ive never been handled so kindly, thoughtfully, or respectfully with any complaint or encounter ive ever had. This speaks a lot about the company. We weren't at a point where we wouldnt ever come back, just wasn't a good night for us. We have always had great experiences there. Brandon really saved the day, treated us so kindly that I am extremely impressed with how he handled the situation. Way to go Brandon! We will certainly be back, and his professionalism has left a great impression, and made me not even stress about the experience.

The waitress (Jill) went above and beyond, the management staff visited every table, and the food exceeded anything Ruby's could produce. Pricey? Absolutely...but well worth it. We celebrated two July birthdays with the family and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.
