They answered all of our questions and even made recommendations as we were kind clueless on where to begin being that we never had an Australian Shepherd. This will deff be our permanent location. Thanks to these 2 helpful ladies we left feeling a lot more confident. I work for Huntington National Bank where customer service is our MAIN focus and these ladies most definitely have great customer service and I hope their manager appreciates it cause if not I know who will !! ?
