“I was helped today by Mark the team leader the sports team. He helped me find a part for a bike that was a bit more obscure a derailer hanger for my son‘s 24 inch Nishiki Bike that had been after the bike had fallen over Mark went out of his way to get Called the bike repair guy and help track down the part that was needed for the bike and the part was only 16 bucks and they happen to have it in stock so now we’ll be able to go home and get my son‘s bike fixed so that we can take it with us to Gatlinburg in two days. This is greatly appreciated that Mark went out of his way to help me today”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed with the lack of sales on shoes. I can understand the new ones not being discounted but some of the older models were still full price. I did have a good experience and found a nice Adidas originals t-shirt that I had never seen before.”

“Well we flew in from our home state of Florida for a family event close by. Wifey left her winter coat on the table so we went in to this location for a winter coat. The 2 ladies working on December 19th were so professional and really helped us out for our Winter coat emergency!!
They were so patient and really made our night. Great job team!!”
