“I had a tough time with the jeweler who was resizing my rings at the Florence location at the beginning of this year and Haley was covering at that store during that time. She anticipated my needs, fought for my rings to get the attention they deserve, helped with my upgrade, and then carried that service and attention to detail to the liberty township location when Florence closed. All of the employees, and the head jeweler, at this location had heard about what I had been through and made sure I was taken care of. The store is also very clean and everyone was lovely to work with.”
