“We called multiple places looking for camper tires. The person i spoke to was great! I told them our location and he gave us the best path to their location. We had to use our spare on a tire that shredded and we had a 2nd tire about to go. When we got to the shop they were able to get us in and out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!”
“Very trustworthy. I've taken it in twice fully expecting them having to do something. Other places would have just did what I asked and charging for it. Both times he's flat out said it's not needed/ shouldn't do anything yet. Only downside is that they are always busy and it takes a while to schedule something.”
“You can tell everything about people by how they treat people who don't really have a choice. My wife were traveling when our car broke down in the middle of no where. We had the car towed to auto medic. They listened and we're genuinely concerned for us. They diagnosed the car right away. It would be a few days to get the parts we needed. We got there so late that the rental car place would close before we could walk there. They drove us down just to make sure we could get a car to go home. Cost was less than what I was quoted at multiple garages in my city. Theres a 100 ways they could have taken advantage but they didn't. I only wish we weren't hours away so I could bring my vehicles there from now on. Car is running great, haven't had a single problem since.”

“Stopped there recently for a quick oil change before taking my family on a vacation with my vehicle. They used Royal Purple which in my opinion is top of the line oil for my vehicle. They topped my fluids and checked my tires. They were very friendly and told them I was going to give them a great review as well as tell all my family members to start going there. “I've been going to Joe for about 8 years now and I can honestly say he's great! He's honest, polite, and kind. I was going to get my back breaks done one time because I thought they needed done and he was honest and told me they didn't need done. Some of the other shops would've just changed them and took the money still. His prices are always good and not outrageous like othe shops.”

“Best place in Lima to go for service on your vehicle. My father owns this business. I grew up around his work. My father's years of experience are priceless. I have been living 13 hours away for over half of my life, and I always fear getting my car worked on where I live. I am always worried I will get taken advantage of and "ripped off" or oversold on services I do not need, or may never even had a problem with. Growing up with my father has taught me what to look out for as he looks out for each and every one of his customers. I REALLY wish I lived closer to my Dad, as I miss him very much as well!”

“I was referred to Rogers from another shop for a pretty extensive waterpump/timing chain repair. They charged half the price I was quoted from other shops. I never knew this place existed before this but I would recommend them to anyone and I will be going back for future car repairs. “If I could give this company 50 Stars I would! Some companies see an out-of-state plate and they also see big dollar signs. Some dummy got tired and dumped 3 gallons of DEF into the fuel tank where it does not go at all. I'm not mentioning who that was because it was just from exhaustion. 42 weeks out of the year I am on the road in that truck. So it was towed to this company and I have read online of $5000to $20,000 to repair a fuel system. My livelihood and all of my employees count on that truck running to put food on the table and roofs over the heads of all concerned. This company went above and beyond when I quietly told the service manager how much inventory was in that trailer. They parked the truck for the snow blade protect the back ramp and another truck so no one could get in to the side door. The batteries on the trailer were dead from me trying to get the truck to run. I truly thought that it was bad fuel. So at the truck stop we put a new fuel filter on it and what was coming out of the fuel filter crystallized. I knew what I had done. This company fixed my truck for $1,280 instead of the big dollar signs that I was being told by others that it would cost. So that's I would give you 50 stars! I knew this was a good place when the phone was answered by the receptionist saying. Have a blessed day! From one Christian to another if you were truly a Blessing to me and my company. I was weary at first being an out of stater but everyone — Scott (Sales), Dustin (Finance), and Mindy (Co-Owner) — I dealt with was incredibly nice, professional, and importantly, honest. Never once did I feel pressured or confused about the purchase details.
On the day of pickup, they were able to pick me up locally, help setup the vehicle and demo all its high tech features, and sign forms & drive off —- all within 1.5 hours which was incredibly fast.
I am happy with the dealership, its employees, and the vehicle.
