“Great people work here. Craig and Chad in Parts are amazing to work with. Not so thrilled with the service department though. Communication is not great and the labor rates are insanely ridiculous. Every dealer in the area is at least $50/hr cheaper than Stoops.
Every time my check engine light comes on in my Western Star it has to be plugged into a computer to see what the code is. Stoops charges a minimum $200 just to give me a code, which I don't think is fair.
Would give this place a 5 star rating if the labor rates and service department were more accommodating.”

“Took my 26 Honda to them because of blowback from following or passing a car with mechanical issues. Grease or oil all over half of my car! They cleaned and polished AND cleaned the interior! Very impressed with everyone! My cat looks beautiful again for minimal cost…i don’t think i could have done it myself for what they charged. I was also told to bring bf it back if i see they missed anything , i sure appreciated that!!”
