Courtyard by Marriott Lima is a very nice and clean hotel with comfortable rooms and comfy beds. The service is excellent, with friendly, helpful, and courteous staff at the front desk and an amazing server at breakfast. The bar is also nice and clean. The location is great, really close to I-75 and within walking distance of many food options, including an Applebee's and a Sam's Club. Uber Eats delivers from nearby places as well. Some guests note the room television placement is not the greatest and that the washroom was not upgraded, with toiletries not provided. A parking fee is charged. While the breakfast is great, some guests remind that room cleaning must be requested. Overall, it is a great stay with a clean room and great staff, making many guests want to come back.
I want to give kudos to employee Donna Mason. She was absolutely amazing. She was one woman wearing many hats during our stay and she wore them well. Friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great job Ms. Mason. Courtyard, you've got a good one!!!!

Easy to access clean restroom when stopping at the Tesla Supercharger next door. One of Hampton Inn’s bathrooms had no door, a sign that they were remodeling, and no signs of remodeling other than the missing door. Thank you Marriott! - a Titanium traveler with over 120 nights in Marriotts this year.
