“We had such a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Lima! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional.
Donna at the front desk was absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made us feel right at home and ensured everything about our stay was smooth from start to finish. It’s always such a gift to be greeted by someone who truly enjoys what they do.
Housekeeping also went above and beyond (I wish I knew their name, I think it may have been Bridgette). I especially appreciated that our room was thoughtfully prepared with non-feather pillows exactly as noted in our Marriott account preferences. That level of attention to detail does not go unnoticed, and it made a big difference in our comfort. And the beds!!! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in, except for maybe the Wynn in Vegas.
And Audrey, wow! Only four days on the job serving as both bartender and chef, she was incredible. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the service at the bar was friendly and attentive. Audrey truly wears many hats and does them all exceptionally well.
This property runs on hospitality, professionalism, and heart. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Lima!”
