“The employees were very helpful and friendly. Like everywhere you will find deals for specific items, but the same as everywhere else prices in the past 2 years have more than doubled sometimes up over 3 times the amount compared to 2 years ago. We all know who is really to blame for these price hikes. Plz put Trump back in office, I miss .99 cents a gallon for gas and the ability to go to the market with $100 for food and come home having something to actually show for it and still have change left over. Instead of lowering our standards of living to match with the rest of the world giving out handouts. We need to be setting the standards for the rest of the world and not punish ourselves out of some sort of mislead guilt trip. I can go on with this topic for hours on end. But all and all I give this establishment a great review for location and the friendly service of the employees.”

“I would like to start and say this 5. Below is absolutely amazing. All the way from the start. As soon as you walk in the door there's at least 224 people saying hello, welcome to 5 Below. The store is always very clean and very organized. Every other 5 below I've been to has not felt this clean nor organized, especially with all the little kids that go through the toys. I feel these employees take the time if not extra time to make their store is clean and organized. I feel the employees.
Are always more than willing to help you and be there for customer service. Also I would like to address 2 of the employees specifically. The reason for that is I constantly call and visit the store to check up on items. And they never, ever have once gotten short. I had an attitude with me. Every single time I can hear the happiness to help. And I can see a smile on their face. Having that brings me back to the store. Every single week.
Sometimes multiple times a week because of the awesome staff that is there.”
“Pretty decent store, everything's is $1.25, unless you go to the $5 section. Certain parts of the store have less on the shelves than others, but that could just be distributor issues, can't blame the store for it. Definitely a good place when you're broke and need things until payday.”

“Pretty decent store, I like their setup with the soda/chip area when you walk in. The rest of the store is pretty nice, too. Place is normally clean, though, once in a while, you'll have to step over products that they're putting out that are sitting on the floor. Not a big deal for me, but could be for others.
The saddest thing is they stated they are getting rid of the self scan register. They stated it was due to lots of theft going on, which I fully believe. It is sad that it had to come to that for them, I enjoyed that, when the line is long or the people in front of you had lots of items, and I only had a few things, makes it inconvenient. Of course, that is no fault of the store, but to those who just can't seem to not rip off a store that is already generally affordable. So adjust your shopping time when in the store.
All in all, always will be back to this location.”

“It was ok. Felt kinda harassed and even stalked by some of the staff! I understand that catching thieves is pretty important but it's not fair to those of us who are only there to shop to be made to feel uncomfortable! They didn't have their shelves very stocked either I noticed right away. Pretty sure they are under staffed to say the least?”

“I came in today not expecting to get anything but I saw the awesome sale on books and new I had to pick up one! The front desk lady was the nicest and made me smile :)”
“We purchased a scratch and dent fridge and could not be happier. The fridge is great and the service we received from start to finish was top notch. The lady who took care of us was having trouble with our online application, but she was very friendly and patient with us. They moved out fridge to their dock and helped us load it, then gave tips on transporting and moving it in when we got home. Thank you!”
