“Abby you are the best! Had to fill my propane tank of course the night before a holiday ? but what I got was tons of knowledge about filling propane tanks. Answered every single question I asked with patience. Employees make a business good or bad and she is making you guys look great. You are much appreciated and I hope you get the recognition you deserve ?”
“Have had nothing but good experiences at Menards. The Lima OH. store.
The wall covering (paint section) manager ( Garrett) is awesome and very knowledgeable.”
“I liked them over there & was disappointed that they had closed! I had no clue. They had changed the name back to Crouse Lumber & then later someone told me that they were gone.I used to have my keys made there.Seems like we are running out of places that makes keys anymore.Thankfully, I had to go to Lowe’s.Also, Crouse had a lot of things to choose from for home, also.Thank you to the 3 sisters & their parents, & the husband who owned it!You will be missed.”
“Susie in the Paint Department was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to match stain with my existing woodwork color. As a result I was able to match the woodwork color for new windows very well!
She was knowledgeable and courteous as well! It was a great experience!”

“Very friendly staff! The nice lady at the register was a big help and they even used bolt cutters to trim some hog panel for me so it would fit on top of my car!”
