“Awesome locally owned store! The new owners/staff are really on top of keeping the store & the animal enclosures clean & the animals nice & healthy unlike the past version of this store. I'm just happy that Lima finally has a nice locally owned pet store again. The staff are always super friendly & everytime I walk in an employee welcomes me & asks if I need any help or have any questions about anything. Pretty good selection of freshwater fish/aquatic inverts & at decent prices compared to the franchise stores. They also have a very good selection of both aquarium & terrarium supplies that are priced better than most other pet stores & online retailers. Two of the few things I would want see in the future is them adding a few more aquariums for more freshwater fish, shrimp/snails & aquatic plants & for them to stock more types of small/nano fishes!”

“We started shopping here as soon as we got our dog. We get her nails clipped by Samantha, she's so good at clipping our dog's nails and is extremely helpful overall. The whole staff from my experience is just extremely helpful and always in good spirits. If I stop in without the dog the staff that recognize me always asks about her. I absolutely love this store and recommend it as much as I can!”
