Kelly in Lima Ohio JC Penny is very rude, and was slamming our stuff around. She was very rudely throwing our stuff into bags and balling up all of our clothes. She had very bad customer service and overall was disrespectful

I was at the JC Penney’s in Lima OH. 7/8/24
The cashier’s name is Jane ( main register from parking lot) I wish more people who worked with the public would take lessons from Jane!! Jane was exceptionally friendly, smiled and treated me with kindness..
After a hard day Jane made me smile!!?
JCPenneys is sooo lucky?to have Jane.
Jane, Keep up the Excellent Customer Care that you give everyday!!!!

There is an amazing lady who works there named Mildred! She helped us out and was terrific!!
If I had a complaint I would say the aisles are to narrow. I was pushing my grandma in her wheelchair and it was very tight in most of the aisles.

Very well organized store with many styles of clothing to choose from. They also have a wide range of makeup and various other items to choose from. Something for everyone.
