“Good place to get a new sim card. Friendly employees with fast service, but the company needs to do something about their first plan always being a 60 dollar one. I wanted to get a 40 dollar one but because of technical issues we could only get 60 dollar one. It was easy to change to a 40 dollar one after though.”

“I think Verizon is the best carrier imo I got a 200$ gift card for new phone account I also got there wifi so I'm eligible for a Nintendo Switch there customer service goes out there way for me they have a lot going on so I have needed technical support but I've not yet had a bad rep when calling yet they just provide so much and there warranti3s are legit amazing I got the galaxy s24 utrua and for a little over 100$ I got a brand new s24 ultra and am able to make payments so many advantages they have best reception most towers I could go on with all the advantages”

“Previous visits I’ve had at the Lima Ohio location I’ve been lied to. I was told my phone wasn’t compatible and I had to buy a new one thru spectrum. I was told insurance and auto pay was set up. I lost my phone working and when I called I found out the employee canceled my auto pay and I was being charged $5 a month and no insurance was ever added. (The extra $5 that was being taken out was actually a penalty for auto pay and not my insurance payment. I went back to the store found out that employee had quit and luckily I hit the jackpot with Austin. He was so professional, helped me thru the problem and the same phone the previous employee told me wasn’t compatible, Austin hooked right up and I didn’t have to get a new phone. He was amazing and I will ask for him every time”
