“On Wednesday, April 1 my wife and I, along with my daughter and two (2) granddaughters, set out on a trip to Kentucky to see Noah's Ark. We left Flushing, MI at 8:00a. We stopped for a 5m break about 2 miles from the Ohio border. When I started the car, a 2020 Traverse, the alert for servicing the charging system displayed. I checked the battery voltage which was not great but ok at 11.6v. We continued to monitor the voltage. It was raining extremely hard and visibility was low.
We decided we better find a service center after the heated seats ceased to operate. My daughter found the Goodyear Center in Lima. However, by the time we exited and tried to get to the location the car stopped about 2 blocks short.
I called the service center and spoke with Steve. I told him I had 2 small children and my wife and daughter. He offered to come get us. It was still raining so the rest of the family walked down to the 318 restaurant/bar while I waited for the tow truck. Which Steve coordinated. Once we got the needed service going Steve had one of the crew drive me to my family.
The alternator was shot so six (6) hours, and the Mario movie, later we were back on the road. I cannot say enough about the service we received from Steve and the service center crew. He is a true caring human being and knew we needed to get back on the road as soon as he could get us there.
I wholeheartedly recommend Steve and this Goodyear Center. They deserve to be recognized by Corporate Representatives.”

“I will stop here from time to time as I travel for work as this Sam's has both the store and the gas station and have never had an issue. While this location is off the beaten path, the gps will get you there if you do not know where you are going. I usually am not stopping during peak hours so I have not had a bad experience in the lines or in the store. The layout to this location is unique as are many Sam's so if you have shopped at other locations it will look different and may take you a little longer to find what you are looking for. There are a lot of good deals at Sams if you shop smart and buy in bulk what you are going to consume in a reasonable amount of time. If you are a business owner this place is gold. I have found that the prices at the gas station are some of the best in the country no matter where you go. When you drive by all the other stations, it will put a smile on your face knowing you are paying 10-50 cents cheaper than a non Sam's member. What I save on gas pays for my membership ten times over every year.”

“Update: Looks like Bridgestone does not have such policy of using same week manufactured tire in here which is not case in Asia where Bridgestone was born and since new tires alignment was spot ON all time.
From my visits people are fair and honest here but not sure what’s standard of their business. Watch out for manufacturing week!! Things were up and down sometimes and I do have lifetime wheel alignment here and at this point I am totally pissed off honestly, I paid close 1200$ for this visit and other than the guy quoted it every else was selling as if they were showing me courtesy.
Tires were almost two year old stock.
Keep an eye on quotes too, I was offered and 3+1 offer which knocked off 260 but at same time it included road hazard which was 160$.
Also it took more than four attempts to get wheel alignment exact on my explorer which I don’t blame them since the system was not set up! Alignment is accurate when wheels align including steering. If steering wheel off by 15-20 degree it’s still off. Surprisingly during one of visits they blamed my steering rack going bad but during this time technician got it absolutely right.”

“We called multiple places looking for camper tires. The person i spoke to was great! I told them our location and he gave us the best path to their location. We had to use our spare on a tire that shredded and we had a 2nd tire about to go. When we got to the shop they were able to get us in and out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!”
