“My car overheated on 75 on July 4 so we called a tow. Big Daddy's towing was the first business to pop up and I see why. They answered on the second ring, came faster than they said they would, used 4pts of safety instead of the state minimum of 3 and Caleb was so professional and FAST! All that on July 4th no less!! He is an excellent employee and a stand out example of customer service! Big Daddy's Towing deserves more than 5 stars.”

If you are not going to provide a bathroom for customers who spend hundreds of dollars there. It’s absurd when I walk across the street for 5 minutes to go use the restroom and you make me pay again to enter the yard.
I am aware that a public restroom is expensive, but, it seems unfair to charge me again especially as a frequent paying customer.
An easy solution would be to provide customers with a DATED receipt after paying the entrance fee that would act as a “Day Pass.”
Every “pick and pull” style yard I have been to has either done that or just stamped your wrist.
I am a regular customer who has never had an issue but this to me seems greedy and unfair to loyal customers.
