My Internet service is out right now, I'm using my phone. You know what Watch Communications told me? Nothing! Not why it's out or when it will be fixed. They still don't get the importance of customer service even if it's just a text message to let people know that they're working on the problem.

I had watch internet for about a year and never had a issues then my place burnt down they put me on vacation mode and when I was ready for it again no issues they came out and hooked me up within the week.
