“11/2019. Updating from previous 1 star. Had a problem and it was fixed fast. Communication was good. It was as good this time as it was bad last time. Would be 5 star if they'd update to fiber and offer faster plans.From 2017.Dont know where to even start. Unbelievable. Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever encountered with any company. Totally dysfunctional and they don't even seem to care.Paying for 10 mbps and consistently get less than 0.2. Missed service window 3 times and counting. Now it's down with an estimated time of repair of 24 hours acording to a recording on their worthless customer help line.”

“This company had its rough times in the past, per the other reviews, but I have had them for almost a year and the service is impeccable! We had only one instance where our internet slowed to horrid speeds, I called, and although they didn't get back with me on it (turns out high call volume), they fixed the issue quickly! Fantastic signal in storms, the way they spread out their signal speed is amazing, and their workers are just fantastic to work with! So many friendly, hard working, and trustworthy people work here! I would recommend this service to anyone that has the ability to use it, much better than the Spectrum I had a while back!!”
