“11/2019. Updating from previous 1 star. Had a problem and it was fixed fast. Communication was good. It was as good this time as it was bad last time. Would be 5 star if they'd update to fiber and offer faster plans.From 2017.Dont know where to even start. Unbelievable. Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever encountered with any company. Totally dysfunctional and they don't even seem to care.Paying for 10 mbps and consistently get less than 0.2. Missed service window 3 times and counting. Now it's down with an estimated time of repair of 24 hours acording to a recording on their worthless customer help line.”

“Was a little hesitant seeing the reviews here, but man, did getting Watch pay off. Low latency, good speeds, and friendly customer service. I can watch videos is 4k and play fortnite. Would recommend. The outage issues are mainly due to the old equipment but now that there is new equipment, there wont be that issue. If you live in a rural area and like to watch high quality tv and play games, this is a dream come true. Not to mention the amazing pricing as the cherry on top.”

“It wasnt a long wait with all the workers working! Make sure ypu sign in when you walk in because they go off of the bored ! There was a horrible cutomer in there when i was there saying i cut in front of her when i walked up to the station to be helped. But i stood my ground not going to let a KAREN walk on me when it wasnt my fault. Manager came out and took my side i wasnt in the wrong the Karen left.”

“This company had its rough times in the past, per the other reviews, but I have had them for almost a year and the service is impeccable! We had only one instance where our internet slowed to horrid speeds, I called, and although they didn't get back with me on it (turns out high call volume), they fixed the issue quickly! Fantastic signal in storms, the way they spread out their signal speed is amazing, and their workers are just fantastic to work with! So many friendly, hard working, and trustworthy people work here! I would recommend this service to anyone that has the ability to use it, much better than the Spectrum I had a while back!!”
