Very seldom does the service work. Have had techs out and they keep saying it's the equipment they use thats faulty. You basically are paying for a service you don't receive. Would highly recommend not using watch.

In the experience that I have had with Watch Communications, I would avoid this company if at all possible. The biggest issues started after canceling their service in favor of fiber optic cable. Since the date that they acknowledged their services were canceled and I was no longer a customer, I have continually been billed each month for services that I no longer receive. The company’s technician came out and collected their equipment seven (7) months ago and I am still being charged. Seven (7) times I have called in, waited 15-30 minutes to speak with a customer service representative assuring me that this issue will be resolved and will stop occurring, only to have the same issue each month. Whether out of incompetence or dishonesty, I am not sure. But it has been an extremely frustrating situation that I would advise to avoid if possible.

For $120 a month I'd expect decent internet. Nope. Internet drops every couple hours for anywhere from a couple minutes to a hour. Call support and they blame their technicians. They send a tech out and that tech blames the previous tech. The tech then fixes the supposed issue and leaves. Within a couple hours the internet drops again.

Watch Communications Home Internet falls short in various aspects. The service operates effectively only about three-fourths of the time and frequently experiences prolonged internet outages with no timely resolution. When reaching out for an estimated time of resolution, customer support provides vague responses, claiming to have no contact with service personnel and therefore unable to provide a clear timeline. In cases of weekend outages, customers are required to send an email about the issue, but responses, if received at all, are delayed by weeks. Dissatisfied with this experience, I am actively seeking an alternative provider as soon as another company offers services in my area.

A joke honestly, they “service” the Berne, IN area and a small 2-3” of snow knocks out their towers and they have been out for going on 9 hours. This happens very frequently and they charge outrageously high prices for very poor service that we have maybe 75% of the time due to “outages”.

Originally a lightening net customer and had zero complaints . Once bought out by Watch Comm we were plagued with Constant outages. Wait times for technical support are measured in hours not minutes. After finally canceling I have been waiting for months to receive a check for overbilling. Called multiple times and just keep getting strung along with the statement " it will be sent soon" I don't miss them one but.

The issue I see with this company is that they use negligent installers. Also, paired with the people in the back office causing installers to waste an astounding amount of time on each property instead of efficiently getting them online and moved forward to the next order. Until they can solve this issue. This unfortunately will stay the same. The equipment they use is absolutely wonderful and it provides great speeds, low latency etc. The installers and office activation personel need to come together better!

Was a little hesitant seeing the reviews here, but man, did getting Watch pay off. Low latency, good speeds, and friendly customer service. I can watch videos is 4k and play fortnite. Would recommend. The outage issues are mainly due to the old equipment but now that there is new equipment, there wont be that issue. If you live in a rural area and like to watch high quality tv and play games, this is a dream come true. Not to mention the amazing pricing as the cherry on top.

With so many customers paying for services not provided or under provided - I'm surprised there's not a lawsuit. I'm disappointed there's not a zero star option. The WatchTV motto: no service and we don't call you back. It's almost like they wanted to give Spectrum more customers.

When the Internet is working it's pretty good but we've had this service for a month and have experienced outages half a dozen times, some lasting longer than an hour. If they could cut those down it might be worth it but the price is simply too high for this spotty of service.
