“Got off work this AM. Flat tire with a screw or nail in it. Found them open and slowly drove there. They tried to fix tire but could not. I got a replacement and was able to get home safely. I kept dozing at their site. Everyone was professional and competent. If you are a female, this is a good place to go.”

I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). “Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!”

Came in on Sunday around noon to talk with these guys, very friendly and professional, showed me upfront pricing and did not overcharge at all in my opinion. These BRAND NEW tires came in Monday morning. Got these quicker than any other place in the CITY. Other shops were going to have me wait 1 week.
