“Got off work this AM. Flat tire with a screw or nail in it. Found them open and slowly drove there. They tried to fix tire but could not. I got a replacement and was able to get home safely. I kept dozing at their site. Everyone was professional and competent. If you are a female, this is a good place to go.”

I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). This location was very convenient. 8 miles away from my pick up easy to access a lot of room to move around enough space for my tractor and trailer reasonable prices and good service. “Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!”

They replaced the starter and valve cover gasket on my Honda and I had my car back in less than two business days at what I feel was a very good price. “Had to special order a set of tires for my car. Service manager and counter rep were awesome. I brought my wheels and tires up separately to have the new tires installed. Shop employees were diligent helpful, and otherwise didna great job. Also found out one of my inner duals on my truck was flat while I was there. The shop pulled my outboard dusk, investigated and repaired the source of the leak, and didn't even charge me for the flat repair. Overall great experience, I'll be back up to purchase my next set of tires there, as well as get an alignment done shortly.”

“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!
