“Had a tire go out on my dump truck, right rear outer. I called R&J, they had someone come out immediately. From the time of the call to rolling again was about maybe 1hr and 25 mins. Pretty darn fast. Price i feel was a good price for a service call. Matt was the tech that took care of me. Matt was fast professional and gave some helpful advice to a new owner operator. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.”

“The gentlemen working in this place have always been very kind, respectful and patient with my questions. I started coming here about 1.5 years ago for general service and minor repairs. Now a brand new car and I had an issue with the tire. Damian helped me yesterday and got the new tire ordered. Today, Terrance had to call the warranty company to get the payment authorized for the new tire. Such a time consuming bother but he took care of it never complaining. These guys are great, fast working, honest. I'd recommend this business to anyone who asks.”
