I recently had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jennifer. I was overwhelmed by the level of service and genuine care she provided. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me with my phone issues, patiently explaining everything and ensuring I understood each step.

Trevor is the young man that helped me out. He took care of everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and was quick. He went above and beyond to help get me back as a cricket customer. Switched over from Verizon and was able to save over 150$ monthly I was a little iffy on switching bc I was worried about service but we actually get better service than we did we can make phone calls inside our home now withought Wi-Fi calling! Just wanted to say thank you to the friendly staff and for being so patient and helpful!
