I've been going to this Goodwill store since it opened and have returned stuff in the past with receipt over a week with no issues at all.
Bought several clothes a little over a week ago and none of them fit me. So I went to return the items and was told rudely that they don't take returns with receipt after 5 days. Not like I was wanting cash back as they don't do that I just wanted to exchange the stuff for something that fit. The people was very rude and said they don't take exchanges after 5 days no matter what.
That's odd as I have exchanged stuff there in the past with no issues whatsoever. They definitely need to get new staff in the place that isn't rude to the customer and to clean up the store and have it like it was when it first opened.
Definitely won't be shopping here anymore!!!

Place was nice when it first opened, not so much nowadays! Bought over $60 worth of clothes and had to go to the hospital due to my Huntington's disease. When I got out of the hospital I tried returning the items that didn't fit me. They would not take the items back with receipt and it's a exchange policy no cash back. I've taken stuff back several times when the place first opened with no issues. This place has definitely went down Hill and I won't be shopping there anymore.
Also the prices has tripled since the place opened.

Not happy with this Goodwill anymore. They need to go back to the half off color sales. The racks are so full and nothing is sorted by size like it use to be. The purpose of the half off is to get your inventory rotated more often and reduce out the items that aren't worth full price.

Nice things can be found at the Logan Goodwill store. Most of the prices are fair. Some things on the shelves need prices put on though. Would definitely come back here again.

Was highly disappointed. Spent a good time looking for dress pants and found some, however, I asked for a fitting room and they do not have one! Seriously, I am not blindly buying pants without trying them on.

Prices are higher than they should be and the selection is 1/3 what it was in the prior location in town. It is a nice small store, but the thrill of finding a bargain is a thing of the past at this location. The clothes are over priced for used items and you have no ability to try on anything. It's not a consignment shop so why if I can buy brand new jeans at walmart for 15 bucks would I pay 6.99+ for some used ones? I'll drive 30min to an Ohio Thrift or habitat restore most likely to be honest. It's a shame

Prices are way too expensive for used Items. You can go buy brand new for the price they charge.
