“Just got a new pair of Georgia Giant boots. Super nice, but unfortunately for me I can't wear them. I contacted customer service and Kassandra was able to help me with returning the boots. She was very pleasant work with! I'll be sending back the GG boots and ordering a different style of Georgia boots that fit me better. Been wearing this brand for at least 50 years now. “This store is definitely under staffed, there is only one person working the entire store I understand the concept of keeping labor costs down, but l&p costs can’t be kept down if you aren’t able to keep people from stealing with a packed store especially during back to school. There were a huge number of empty boxes and not just due to display items. The selection might’ve been better if a quarter of the supply wasn’t missing. Overall the price point was ok. But that was the best part of the visit and with the limited selection and no available customer service it’s still better to just shop elsewhere.”
