“I've never been here. I called this morning about a driveshaft. Said he would call me back and called back rather quickly. Went there to check it out for purchase and ended up purchasing it. I'm pretty sure I was speaking to the owner the entire time. The guy made me feel at home for sure. Amazing customer service and part quality is good. Will recommend to others just from the customer service alone.”

“Stopped in to get an estimate for damage done to my new company vehicle. Carlos was so kind and very helpful instantly. His secretary and him explained everything, was helpful and courteous. A lot of work was done and it all was done perfectly. I wasn't treated like just a number but like a friend. Hands down best place for Lorain's community to get their vehicle work done at! I highly recommend!”
