“Great place! Came to get a nail removed and tire plugged. I worked with Brandon who told me it would be better to consider new tires altogether as mine are bad and would not last through winter. This I knew already, and as a poor person in this economy, I almost did not consider it. Checked to see if I could get financed. Got approved for a great amount on brand new tires that actually were already decently priced. So decently priced I went ahead and paid half up front. Staff was very thorough. Brandon gave me knowledge on my vehicle and Rich was thorough will the explanation of financing and payment. Everyone was kind and professional. They made me feel at peace about spending money I didn’t plan on spending for something I surely needed anyway. As soon as I drove away I could tell the different. I’m ready for CLE winters! “My 2016 Chevy Duramax diesel truck had a Fuel injector explode. It was a really hard job was more than just mechanical He had to use his computer to Program all the fuel injectors. Also the gas tank every single fuel line the entire the whole system. He did an amazing job and I won’t take my cars anywhere else he’s not only good at what he does He is very honest and upfront and is out to help people.. As busy as he is he will make time for you. “I can't believe how efficient they are. I called a little before 10AM to explain the work I needed done. Dropped off the vehicle at 11 ish. Keep in mind I needed brakes, muffler/ exhaust work, tires & an oil change. They called back with an estimate a little after 3PM. Did all the work except tires by the end of day without breaking the bank!!!! I wish I had been doing business with them years ago. Thank you so much for your hard work and customer service!!”

He doesn't accept plastic and he doesn't accept checks.But he does show up with a flatbed in a timely manner and take your car anywhere you want to go , which in my case was firestone , because my battery was dead. He also drove me to the bank, So I could get his money. I've paid more for a tow, and I've paid less. His fee was reasonable.”

“Be cautious and stop buying parts from here. I purchased an alternator 2 weeks back, returned the core for a refund and unfortunately the new part failed. Went back to do an even exchange and because I didn’t have the original receipt they would not do it. They would not even accept the cc statement. The customer service rep goes “sorry that’s how we roll here”. Parts Authority doesn’t even keep purchase records on file but wants you to provide them with all of your information, hmm wonder why? Basically they are selling defective parts and not providing replacements or refunds. Stay Away!
Update: after posting this review and receiving a reply Rick took care of the issue and swapped the part out with a new one. Thank You Rick.”
“Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.”

“One of the Best Mechanics in Lorain County no doubt he's been working on my cars since I was 16 so almost 16 years now. And he's been working on my Dads cars since 1989 24 years and counting. He's very busy so if you call and can't get him you can catch him early in the morning his garage door is usually up. Goes by Rich or Underwood. Great Guy!!”
