“Some may see my other review I did for the Lorain Chase Branch but this one is for Kayla C. who was filing in there!!! She isn't a manager or even an ASM at her branch in Amherst, and while ONLY filling in at the Lorain branch...I went to talk to Kayla, told her what Chase was doing to me, that they had frozen then CLOSED my accounts after over 16 years of being a Chase customer, she made one phone call and was able to verify a large check I deposited back on November 13th, and she got it all taken care of for me!!! NOT David (the mgr of the Lorain Branch) NOR James ( the ASM at the Lorain branch) could help me in ANY way whatsoever. TWO months of NO help from them and Kayla walks in there and gets everything squared away for me with ONE phone call!!! And how ironic...that neither David OR James is still there... Hmmm... A huge, ENORMOUS shout out to Kayla, who I really hope sees this...THANK you, TRULY...THANK you, Kayla for everything you did to help me and get me MY funds for my check!!! : ) This woman deserves a nice plaque and a big raise!!!”
“Banking in general has changed drastically since BEFORE the CoVid era and some clients don't realize that staffing has been cut drastically. I feel so bad when clients come in the last minute then actually get upset when the 10,000 things they need done can't be done in the time allotted or don't understand that the system dictates when the tellers and etc. must stop. EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN IN THERE, I HAVE HAD AMAZING SERVICE! But anywhere someone doesn't get what THEY WANT they will give a poor review. IJS!”
“The lady who waited on us was very patient. My Mom is 85 and hard of hearing. The lady talked loud enough for Mom to hear her and she also repeated things for her. When it was time to count out money for Mom the lady counted the money slowly which made it much easier for us to follow. One improvement the lady could have made was to smile.”
