“Before posting I read the reviews. Just in case people didn't know 1) the branch cannot fix the ATM if there is an issue - they call in service and corporate has it addressed. They're in a queue so they have to wait. 2) The staff inside is awesome. They might not have cashed your brother's Mom's check because it is against policy. Maybe they didn't let you take money from an account without proof of a name change. THEY ARE PROTECTING THEIR CLIENTS. What do you expect? 3) Megan is AWESOME. She has helped us through many issues / concerns. She is patient, friendly and has suggestions for our financial needs. This Huntington deserves five stars and I am thankful they're a part of Grafton Ohio.”

“I stay on the other side of town, but I was in the area one day so I stopped by and I had a good experience. All of the branch staff have been very approachable, polite and friendly. Than I met Leslie which is the main reason I return. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she really sweet but she is also knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with her right away. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the different services the bank has to offer, so anything new made me unsure. But Leslie was a good listener, she talked me through it, answered all my questions and/or concerns and gave me time to make sure I was completely confident before making any decisions which I appreciated. “Tellers are very friendly as well as the personal bankers. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk into the bank. Location is convenient and branch is never super busy. My only complaint is that the ATM occasionally runs out of money. This is something that should never happen under any circumstance.”
