Very excellent customer service and very helpful on teaching me how to work my phone also very nice and polite and helped me to understand and took her time to give me knowledge about my new phone as long as I've been with MetroPCS nobody has ever taken the time to help me the way that GIGI did.

Gigi was by far the best sales rep I've ever had with dealing with anybody in the phone business just bought two phones switched over for the better plans, she had my phone's picked up from my job where I was doing back-to-back 16 hours shifts and on call 5 days a week she fixed them for for me by switching from one Tower to the next so i wouldn'tmiss a call and get in trouble or fired by delaying patients care,, no one's ever done anything like that and I will recommend that everybody go to the store for you your phone needs and service thank you so much no one's ever did that or whatever think to do that, now that's customer service at its finest

Ms Gigi, has to be one of the most dedicated workers I've Ever met, I've been coming to (her) Boost for years, & she's completely professional with alllll her customers, going far beyond the call of duty, she's as kind and helpful to the young as with the elderly, Yes, if she can help with your cell situations she does and she, as I've seen tries even when things aren't easy, I'm Soooo totally impressed with Ms Gigi, her people come from far to be treated as one should at a business place.....im positive her Boss is impressed as well
