Although ultimately my issue was not resolved, it was definitely the most positive experience I’ve ever had with Cricket Wireless. Please forgive me as cannot remember the woman’s name, but I’m hopeful you can look at the time stamps and give her the credit she deserves! I was there today 12/30/25 around 1pm. That sweet lady went so far above and beyond the scope of responsibility for me. She was patient, calm, friendly, personable and professional throughout the duration. She made several phone calls on my behalf, and she REALLY tried to get this issue resolved. Best of all, she never looked at me like I was crazy when I sat there crying to her, with my 3 children under foot. She is an amazing person, and this company is very lucky to have her. If she were to benefit from my renewing services, I would do it in a heartbeat. She deserves all the flowers and recognition, today. Thank you, ma’am, for your kindness.
