“So helpful and kind! Resolved our issue in 5 minutes! We started with our local AT & T North Olmsted branch. They turned us away, lied and said no WiFi since the hail storm a week ago. We knew it was a lie as we’d stopped in the day before and they had WiFi. They sent us to Apple Store at Crocker park who apologetically sent us to AT & T at Crocker. The representative at AT & T Crocker wouldn’t even talk to us. Didn’t even look up from what he was doing. We next went to AT & T Avon. We were so grateful as they were so kind and helpful and resolved our issue!”
“10/10 experience all around! My go to phone repair and accessory store. The owner and staff are amazing! I will not go anywhere else besides here! I come here at least a few times a month to get new screen protectors and cases because they are the most reasonably priced out of any phone store I’ve been to! At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”
